AIR Zlatoust Fish-ka is a small fillet knife with a narrowblade for cutting fish. Blade is 2 mm thick and has lenticular grind, forming athin, perfectly cutting blade. The handle is ergonomically shaped that comfortablyand firmly lies in any hand. Handle guard does not allow slip off the fingerswhen cutting with away motion. Full tag design cannot be disassembled. Anexcellent choice for preparing fish.
