Kizlyar Shashka TKV-2 - Russian officer's sword, which wasarmed with regular army units. The main difference from the Cossack shashka isthe handle of the sword. Dragoon sword handle is equipped with a crosshair thatgoes around the grip. Using saber terminology we can say that dragoon saberhilt and pommel is to protect the hands. Crosshair checkers equipped with anopening which is used for securing the Lanyard. Wooden sheath is wrapped in blackleather and has ring for belt attachment. All elements are made of brass.
